My wife and I have been coming here regularly for 12 years to see Dale and Denise. They have facilitated so many positive changes in our lives, changes not only limited to the body. I've been seeing Dr. Hernandez for a while now, for neck adjustments to help with my migraines. I tracked my migraines for years and consistently was getting 15-20 per month for over 7 years before I discovered chiropractic. Now I only get migraines when I'm due for an adjustment - maybe 3 or 4 in a row before I remember that I need to get in. It hit me today that it's been 6 months since I refilled my migraine prescription!
