Investors beware. We had a request to “view” our account without our authorization. This branch gave the authorization without contacting us. They instead mailed us a letter to let us know they approved the request. It took 7 days for us to receive the letter. We immediately called the branch to remove the unauthorized viewing of our account. Even then, they did not do it immediately as requested. We have yet to receive a call, text, email …stating that the unauthorized viewing has been removed.

We have been working with Morgan Stanley’s Boulder Branch for over 20 years. Our financial advisor and her team have always provided professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous services. We have referred friends and family to our financial advisor because of her willingness to work with new clients as well as timely, accurate advice and responses to complex financial questions and opportunities. We also appreciate the friendly office staff, convenient location, and complimentary downtown parking.

I am extremely pleased with the service and advice I’ve received from my CFP certified financial advisor. The organization and their employees have integrity, and the exemplify excellence in all they do. I would not consider having my finances managed by another institution.
