“I had a sudden loss of my iMac hard drive, the dreaded flashing question mark. I called Boulder Mac Repair and they said I could bring it right in for a look. At that visit it was obvious it needed a new hard drive. The staff and technician was very professional, helpful in explaining the process and explained the pricing very clearly. I was very impressed and within a few days, I had my iMac back with a new SSD drive restored from a Time Machine backup. I am grateful for this place and HIGHLY recommend them to any MAC owners who need their services. They know MAC like no one I have ever spoke to, even better than the Apple store. They are well trained, compassionate for the hassle of losing a hard drive and their work was top notch. I hope I don't need their services again but if I do, I will be there in a heartbeat!“
