The name implies a Boulder business. However, it is really Laptop Repair Denver, located 43 miles away. My machine was repaired and I'm grateful for that. However, Mike should have mentioned in our 1st phone conversation that they were short staffed. Most of a week passed before they were even ready to look at my laptop. Then the repair took another week and was finished on Fri, 8/19. Due to the 43 miles I mentioned earlier, I couldn't pick it up until Thurs 8/25. The net is that I am very grateful for their technical competence, but disappointed about dropping my laptop off on Mon 8/9 and not getting it back for 17 days.
From the moment I left my computer at CU’s tech desk, they were polite and responsive. They were open and honest about pricing and my computer was fixed faster than expected! Will be a return customer!
Sent my laptop in for power button board damage/corrosion through the CU Bookstore - Laptop Repair was very responsive and updated me through every step of the process and finished the repair in a timely manner and at a reasonable price - will be my primary business to send my computer should anything fail within it again.
