The sessions has been very good to care for my mind and body after long hours of working with murals or my training sessions, definitely feel the soothing and deeper muscle and nervous system relaxation. Todd is a great host and very knowledgeable.

This place is a little healing sanctuary! I’ve struggled with asthma for all my life and a recent shoulder injury with deep inflammation. The salt therapy has really helped to discharge stuck phlegm in my lungs and support more ease and expansion in my breathing. The infrared sauna has relieved some of the sharp and throbbing pain in my shoulder. I have increased mobility and it is starting for feel better just after a few sessions. Highly recommend this place! It’s great to unwind and relax at the end of the day. Todd is super knowledgeable and flexible and always treats us with attention and care!

I visited here from out of town and it was amazing! Todd is great and the sauna/salt was so relaxing. I'm used to saunas blasted on high heat but this was a gradual temperature rise and I sweat more than ever but was not uncomfortable. Highly recommend!
