Inessa was absolutely amazing. She made me feel super comfortable, constantly making sure I was happy with the results and pain-free! I will 100% be coming back to her. The rest of the staff was also phenomenal, and the office was spotless!!

The friendly staff warmly welcomed me upon my arrival and provided an insightful tour of the establishment. The technician, Karina, who performed my laser hair removal, was knowledgeable, explained the procedure, and offered post-care instructions. She made me feel comfortable since she was removing hair from intimate areas. I was worried about the pain and needing numbing gel, but it was tolerable. The tech stopped to check on me frequently, which was thoughtful. I had a great experience and will recommend Ideal Image to my friends and family!

My first appointment was a little tough but my second appointment with Karina reminded me of why I want to get laser hair removal in the first place. She followed the rules well and the appointment was well paced. She respected my boundaries and especially made me feel comfortable and safe. Feeling comfortable is super important during these appointments and Karina made sure I felt super comfortable!! I scheduled my next appointment with her. :-)
