I've been renting with Fowler at the same property for a little over two years now.I'm usually very skeptical about maintenance for property management companies, in this case Fowler Property Management. Luckily, the team here is pretty great. I've recently had quite a few maintenance requests and they've been very quick to respond, professional and kind. They've also been rather patient with me as I have a crazy dog who does not appreciate maintenance teams as much as I do.The only thing that I would suggest for this property management company and their maintenance program is some investment in new technology for scheduling and requesting maintenance. The current process works, it's just dated and doesn't provide too much feedback to the resident around when to expect a response, and when their team will arrive.
