Justin was great and very thorough and did a great job explaining what services he was performing, as well as being transparent on when further additional costs were required to make the full repair. Overall an excellent experience with this company as a whole!
Bryan was quite thorough and methodical in diagnosing the plumbingissues in my house. He was very patient and took time to explain everything and help me understand what the issues were along with the different options (to address and fix them) available to me. I highly recommend Dr. Drain.
These guys always get the job done and are honest with me. They work with me on staying within a budget too. The staff is professional and timely. For my money the best plumbers in Boulder.
