Dr. Cross is a true professional. He cares about his patients and their needs. He invests the time needed to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your vision. I have been searching for a quality eye doctor since moving to Colorado and I have found one! I had my annual exam and was fitted for contacts. He made sure that I was absolutely happy with the fit and vision. Then I purchased glasses with progressive lenses. Went in this morning to have my wife's glasses adjusted (missing screw on frame) without an appointment. The optician, Kay, was able to make the repair and tighten the rest of the screws quickly and efficiently. Great customer service from Dr. Cross' staff!
