My home Dell desktop would not boot. He patiently talked me through some solutions over the phone, spending a lot of his time doing so. Turned out to be a bad PCIe card. Bought a new one and was up and running without needing to bring it in for service. If you have a PC issue, call Sal. He's knowledgeable and honest and will steer you to the right solution for your situation.
