I recently purchased two of the BCA radios to use for hunting big game. My partner and I had the radios and he got turned around. The battery life on the radios was amazing as they were on for 20 hours. We were able to locate my partner and get him safely back to camp. There is not enough praise for these radios and this company. The other radios that were being used had to be recharged several times throughout this whole episode. Thank you for producing equipment of the highest level.

Incredible customer service, this company takes care of their customers! I was on a ski trip in Switzerland over the holidays, and had an issue with my beacon. I was worried this would kill my ski plans. The local BCA rep, Chris, went out of his way to meetup with me on new years eve and provided a replacement beacon and I was able to continue my vacation.

Great products, but even better customer support and hassle free warranty. Thanks for going above and beyond in resolving a minor warranty issue. It would be hard to not buy your brand moving forward.
