Lost our deposit on the solar installation we had with this company - need to figure out how to at least recover some of our lost revenue.

We had a harder-than-usual install (concrete tile roof where the tiles kept shattering) and they spent a few extra days making sure all the tiles were fixed and replaced.We also decided halfway through the process to add a second bank of panels and inverters and they managed to get a second set of permits, rebates, etc and merge the whole job together into a single install.Finally, a year after the install, the programming on the inverters went haywire and the displays read garbage. They sent someone out the next day to reprogram everything free of charge.I cannot recommend them highly enough!!
