My fiancè picked up some used business clothes from a school program but they smelled really poor (cat owners closet). We had 14 items cleaned over the weekend and the total price was about $200 Considering the fact that the clothes were worth at least $1,000 it was well worth the money.
I brought in a comforter to have it machine washed and dried. The guy at the counter kept repeating the various options for cleaning, ignoring my description of what type of comfortor it was and what type of cleaning I wanted. It was weird. So I went to John's Cleaners in the same mall. There the gal at the counter listened to what I wanted and then offered appropriate advice instead of reading the options over and over. Plus they have a 25% discount for first-time customers. I won't try Art's again.
