I was recommended to 24-7 by my plumber who I had to call for an emergency visit when a drainage pipe failed and my basement got flooded. They showed up right away, the mitigation work was done fast and efficiently and Yair Salas was a pleasure to work with. He made me feel at ease in a very stressful situation and explained everything from A-Z. He coordinated asbestos testing and abatement with a third party company and all that went smoothly. The whole team was great to work with, including Rhonda in billing :-).

What a great crew to help in time of a great need. I had pipes freeze and burst when I was out of town. They were very trust worthy, and they went above and beyond to get the house mitigated and even cleaned better than before!

This company is the BEST for outstanding and notable quality and customer service and we highly recommend them! They responded immediately to our needs and were professional, courteous, friendly, reliable and timely for the scope of our project. Our direct experience with Dale, Hector, Louis, Juan and others on their team could not have been better, including Rhonda in the front office.
