Tri-County put in my new heater a few years ago (maybe 2) they were amazing then. Fabulous customer service from start to finish. Then, with the sub-zero temps in Colorado this past week, the heater stopped working and they were out to my place within a hour of the call. Shaun was the technician and was superb! Friendly, and got it working again within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company. Trust worthy, honest, and respectful.

Our furnace went out right before the 1st cold spell of the season! Harvey was out that afternoon, got the furnace running enough to get us through the weekend. He DID NOT charge us for that visit and also told us if it stopped working at anytime during the weekend to call him and he would be right over. We then scheduled a visit for the following week for a full tune-up. Again, he was prompt and professional and the pricing can't be beat! This is customer service folks!Service: Heating system repair
