“So glad we took our dog here. What inpressed me most was the proffesionalism of the staff. The first day of daycare we were met with a team of about 5 people. The mgr (I assume) asked alot of questions about our dogs personality, how he gets along with other dogs, took notes, explained to us about how things worked there and how they introduce new dogs with play groups. A big staff and everyone is very attentive. They are really focused on the comfort and safety of all of the dogs so that is another huge plus. Nice huge indoor play rooms and outside also. Didn't do a tour yet but on their website it shows all of their facility. They have a groomer on site and she did a great job with our boy and said he was excellent to work with. Very reasonable prices for boarding, daycare and grooming. Anyway, our rowdy rover is doing well there. Everytime we pick him up they say he's doing good and playing well with the other dogs. I was surprised as he is quite the hyper one and pretty naughty at home. Hope they keep letting us bring him. ?“

“I walked in and the office was clean and clean smelling. The staff at the front desk were very polite. The technician and the doctor were just wonderful. They were helpful and answered all me questions. I’m so glad my Roman Lee has such a great place to be taken care of.“

“Creature Comforts was mine and my pups' first experience with any kind of dog boarding, so we didn't really know what to expect. As a paranoid dog mom, the thought of leaving them alone for a week was terrifying to say the least, especially since one of our dogs tends to be a bit socially awkard.
During my very first phone call with Kenneth my worries were immediately put to ease! He explained everything EXTREMELY thoroughly, to the point where at the end my only question was "what time do we drop them off!"
I really liked that both my dogs could share a kennel, and had indoor/outdoor access all day. We also opted to add on a daily hike for them both, which they loved!
They gave us a little "report card" at the end, and even named a few of my dogs new friends, it was super cute! They opted to put my dogs with the more independent play group, since I told them one tends to be selective with rowdier dogs, and everything went great!
I have no doubts that my babies were well cared for and given lots of love during what I'm sure was an anxious week for them too. When we picked them up, they didn't even seem THAT excited to see us ? although i suspect they had play time shortly before pickup because they were absolutely exhausted and let me sleep in the the next morning!“

“I have an elderly cat with health problems. Due to not being able to bathe her and a catastrophe of multiple things at once, my poor baby was a matted mess. I tried everything my vet recommended but some only made it worse. I tried to get her groomed at the vet, they said no. I tried multiple groomers just asking for a shave for the matts. No one wanted to take her on! Divine feline not only agreed, they saw her quickly and only did what she tolerated that not only made her loads comfortable but Matt free!
