Have been training here for three years. The instructors are experienced, compassionate, and tailor lessons to where I am each class. I now feel confident in my movement, strength and defense.
I have been a martial arts student at Panthers Gate for a little over a year and the instructors are phenomenal. It has been my experience that they care about the welfare of the students, they strive to match the teaching style needed by their students to learn as well as matching the pace at which the student should progress. Solid foundation and form are emphasized before advancing training, helping students build confidence, strength, and endurance. For anyone considering martial arts training I have found it to be a great path to increased physical fitness and I highly recommend the school. Incredible place to be challenged, you will learn a lot about yourself whether you do the martial arts or the spiritual metaphysical classes. Then it's up to you from there how you proceed on your journey.
