Mark was polite, checked everything out, cleaned our fan unit. Overall did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We would not hesitate to use MGI for our HVAC work in the future.

I also own a local HVAC company, I’ll refrain from mentioning it by name out of respect for the folks at MGI. (No need for me to advertise on their review page!) We had a job where I felt like an outside opinion would be beneficial to our customer, and I was very pleased to have met Mike to go over some of the finer details of the problem we have been working hard to resolve for our customer. I was completely impressed with Mike, especially when considering our shared passion for the HVAC trade and customer service. With that kind of leadership in any company, it’s hard to imagine that you can go wrong, should you choose them. 5-stars, thanks Mike!
