Worked with me over the phone to get contracts ready to go for same day service, very appreciated!**continued review.We’ve been using Saela now for a while. They visit every other month to service our property. Today, James was respectful and prompt and kind. We appreciate the work he did-After continued use of the service I still would recommend Saela. We can tell the difference from last year in terms of household pests and we appreciate the lack of them.Services: Hornet & wasp extermination

I called around and Saela had the best price, the nicest people and were very easy to reach. Orkin took 3 days to call me back. They came right out and the tech, Tracy, was right on time and was just the nicest, most professional person. I am very happy!

I was about to cancel my service a couple months ago because for the last 2 years the customer service from this company has been horrible. The only thing that I need is a week's notice as to when they're going to come, and then a call just before they get here. They didn't do that for 2 years. They would just show up anytime and do the service, maybe. But this was the first time that they gave me a notification a week ahead of time, and called 30 minutes before they showed up at my house. Damien did a really good job of spraying the inside of my house, the outside and taking care of the eaves of my house. He also got underneath my deck to look for wasps and the bad bees....read full review
