Our furnace died tonight and with a low temp of 10 degrees we were very nervous about leaving the house unattended. We called Canyon and the on call tech, Alan, called us right away. He searched their shop for a replacement part and when he couldn't find one, he continued to search for solutions and made a suggestion that worked! Our house is heating back up and we are so thankful for Alan! He went above and beyond to help us out late into the evening and was genuinely invested in finding a way to get us back up and running. We will definitely be calling again when it's time for a new furnace. Thank you so much!

My husband and I got an estimate from Swan because our central A/C was not efficiently cooling down our house this year and we had a coupon. The tech came over and said we needed the refrigerant refilled and a diagnosis for a leak in the system with a total amount equaling $1300 (refrigerant alone was $850). He went on and on about the price of coolant being outrageous and we may want to just invest in a whole new unit (only 9 years old). We knew better than to believe it cost that much. We had heard great things about Canyon and called them to come look it over. Allen, the tech came out and was beyond helpful.
