“Chris and Rocky and Chris and Zeke were called out by our plumber to try to save our wood floor from a leaking sink. They responded on a Sunday, brought 6 huge fans and a dehumidifier, came back on a Tuesday and put down mats which forced air through the floor, back on Wednesday to see if floor was salvageable (it isn’t). They are here now doing tear out of the damage and looking under the island to see how much damage there is in preparation for the contractor who will do the floor restoration. They have been responsive, communicative, polite, respectful and thorough. Just what you need when a catastrophe happens!“
