“I can't say enough how pleased I was with their service. We've dealt with \\\"creative wiring\\\" issues with the thermostats and baseboard radiators in our older home in Bellvue for years. We've had two electricians here previously; one didn't do much of anything, and the other more recently just made everything worse, including shorting out a new thermostat which fried that baseboard and half the new thermostat, and caused the downstairs t-stat/baseboard on the same breaker to no longer work! Tim from Prolectric showed up on time, went straight to work, listened carefully to every specific problem we'd been having, and methodically went through them one by one, fixing every issue. Unlike the previous companies that basically mumbled and bumbled their way around, Tim explained exactly what was going on and exactly what he did to fix it. He also gave me the evidence I needed to dispute the invoice with the previous company. They're a little pricier than other companies, but it's money well spent. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.“

“Great company! I got an estimate from the owner, primarily based on the reviews on Yelp. The cost was reasonable for 10 recessed lights, a change out on some existing recessed lighting canisters, and a ceiling fan installation.On installation day, electricians arrived on time and ready to go! First, they mapped out everything on the ceilings in our family room, office, and bedroom where work was to be done and got my approval before installing anything. Upon looking at their plan, I decided to add more lights and move an existing ceiling fan. They accommodated me, adding more work to their already busy day. Then, after all their work, I asked them to change out the canisters on the recessed lights upstairs, too, so they would match the rest in the house, and they said my two favorite words: No Problem.They worked hard all day, laid plastic and tarps everywhere, moved my furniture, replaced it at the end of the day, and sweated it out in my house with no AC because it died right before they came.
