The golf course itself was great! The greens, fairways, bunkers were in top notch shape. The front desk people when checking in were awesome. The starter was extremely helpful. I give all of these people 5 stars. The bartender, however was awful. She acted like we were putting her off by buying stuff. Awful attitude, kind of buzzkill'd our vibe. BUT, we moved on and had a blast!
Exhale did a great job. We had a couple issues with the facility and our service, but Risaun did an exemplary job making everything right. We will be back on our next trip to Beaver Creek.
We brought 120 of our closest family and friends together to celebrate our wedding. The experience we had was amazing. Our contact person, Kaela, was absolutely a super woman!! Chef Matthew prepared the most delicious food we have ever had!! The area was beautiful, and all 3 events we had were wonderful thanks to The Charter Staff. We booked 31 rooms, and our guests were amazed at how beautiful the rooms were!! Everyone enjoyed the pool and all of the amenities of The Charter!!
Noteworthy details: We would definitely book any other event that we host at The Charter At Beaver Creek!!
