David and I always look forward to our cleaning and other visits to Durango Dentistry. Everyone is so cordial and caring. We're lucky all these years, to get to see such special people. Thank-you for helping us to keep our teeth healthy!

My husband hates the dentist, but wanted to get some work done. We tried 3 other dentists before we went to Durango dentistry. Dr Owen and the entire staff are amazing! They treat their customers with respect, which was something the other dentists were lacking.

Switched to this office after seeking a second opinion. The staff was friendly and I felt at that time my concerns were being heard. It seemed like a good fit due to their later appt times, that work better with my work schedule. Now that I've been seen several months I'm having mixed feelings. Note I know I can be a difficult and hard to read and ask lots of questions. My last appt was a tooth extracting. I was handed off from one assistant to the other twice. I was told I would get all my post procedure instruction before the tooth was removed didn't happen. I was given a small amount of gauze which was used up with in the first 3 hours. No gauze at home I ended up swallowing blood all night. I called in with concerns with the bleeding and was told it was normal. Asked how long I can expect to have pain and bleeding, I was told about 3 days. A week later called back with complaint of still having pain and still experiencing bleeding also I stated the sight never clotted and for the first 3 day ran a temp. I was told it clotted and everything was normal. I was never was seen. Now 3 weeks out I still am having ear aches and still experiencing some bleeding. The Dentist is out of the office for 2 weeks. Have given up on contacting the office I have concluded that it is the new normal. Hoping when I follow up in 2 weeks I will have a better experience. I believe in second chances.
