Repeatedly terrible service from Dr. Pauline Reohr. She is uncaring, unkind and uncommunicative. On my yearly check up recently, she asked what I needed instead of examining me. She did not do a full body scan as was previously scheduled. I had to point out each spot of concern to her and asked her to look at the places I could not see Which she seemed put out by. In the past, she also seemed rude and uncaring, and I will not go back to see her again. I have had excellent experiences with Dr. Drew Taylor,, including follow up and him giving me his cell phone number to contact him with any questions. I am very hesitant to go back to this practice and definitely will not seeDr. Reohr again.

My wife went to get a small mederma fibroma removed. $350 for new patient even tho she was existing from 2 years ago, 1 min doctor visit. $250 for a 2 min procedure, and surprise lab charges for services that were explicitly denied. The procedure itself was amateur at best. Sutures had long leads that caught on everything, very irritated, and red. Asked to be seen the week before suture removal due to the irritation, was denied to be seen. At the time of suture removal they wouldn’t remove unless she paid the $50 charge for unwanted labs. Terrible communication around accutane for my daughter. I've been a client for a long time for skin services and have had great experiences but the process for accutane for my daughter has been awful. You are better off seeing your general provider.
