We had a kitchen drain clog on a Sunday evening. I tried to unclog it myself (removed P trap and ran a small snake) to no avail. We called Colorado Drainmaster at 8:00AM on Monday and they were out at our house at 10:30AM. The scheduler was courteous and helpful, keeping me informed of their arrival time. ‘Sky’ and his helper got right to work and had the drain unclogged in about 10 minutes even though it was 15 feet down in the pipe. Brian is fantabulous! Very honest. It was NOT an easy task, due to the small area he was working with but once Brian figured out the problem and how to solve it, I had my drain flowing again. I highly recommend Brian and Colorado Drainmaster.Service with a smile, Brian was professional, personable and very reasonable rates. Brian comes recommended by Evergreen Water District. I believe that says A LOT.If you have a plumbing problem, don't waste your time with those bigger companies who try to take you for thousands of dollars like I did, give Brian with Colorado Drainmaster a call and get it fixed right the first time.
