I purchased a day pass. It allowed me access to all the pools and I did the chair pilates class with Michelle.It's a tough class, but well worth it! She did help me with modifications.Def recommend the aquacintas for soaking or detox in my case. I have eaten so much good food in CO and drank a lot. My body is ready for a break at the spa.
Wonderful facility. They have everything you could want and the staff is very accommodating. Bring your swimwear as there is an aquatic room. Prices as to be expected in a ski town but honestly are no different than the very similar spa I go to in Houston.
