Mountain Family Health Centers - Avon Integrated Health Center

Terrible service... they have to do a LEEP on me, and the clinic in Avon Co Medical Center... is still waiting for my medical record, when they call they never answer. Last time at my mid appointment at medical mountain on December 5th these people said they had already sent it. They just sent me an email from the medical mountain clinic saying that they still have nothing and that my process will be canceled if they don't have it soon... very disappointed by the poor service they provide here.

I’ve been coming here for years and never had issues with this clinic until this time when I came back for my Nexplanon removal. I made an appointment with them a month before my appointment to remove my Nexplanon implant in July. Still, unfortunately, the doctor who did my surgery wasn’t working there anymore. They introduced me to a new doctor which is fine, but on the day of the appointment, the doctor couldn’t find my Nexplanon. It took him hours to see it, and he suggested I get an X-ray. I live 2 hours away from this clinic and drove back to Boulder just to get an X-ray. I called them to see if they got my result, but they kept telling me they hadn’t. I... read full review
