FIVE STARS! I stopped in today 6/16/20 looking for a stem for a Watermark-brand plumbing valve that was leaking at my residence. Sorry I didn’t get the name of the gentleman that helped me but he went above and beyond to let me know that while they didn’t have the stem, I should call Watermark because the part had a lifetime warranty. He even gave me the part number and phone number. I called Watermark and they indeed agreed to ship to me under warranty and free of charge.THANK YOU to the gentleman that helped me and took the time to resolve my issue. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!Ron H.
