First time in, I was treated well. When I went back to make my purchase, I was ignored until I approached a woman at a desk who did not introduce herself and answered my question condescendingly. After correcting my use of “appliances” instead of faucets and shower heads, she still did not ask if I needed help or offer any other assistance. I will never go back and never recommend. It only takes one employee’s attitude to ruin a customer’s experience.

FIVE STARS! I stopped in today 6/16/20 looking for a stem for a Watermark-brand plumbing valve that was leaking at my residence. Sorry I didn’t get the name of the gentleman that helped me but he went above and beyond to let me know that while they didn’t have the stem, I should call Watermark because the part had a lifetime warranty. He even gave me the part number and phone number. I called Watermark and they indeed agreed to ship to me under warranty and free of charge.THANK YOU to the gentleman that helped me and took the time to resolve my issue. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!Ron H.

Extremely knowledgeable staff at Dahl in Avon. We do business with Dahl often and have always been impressed by their courteous customer service on both sides of the shop. The sales side is extremely clean and well managed. They always anwser my questions truthfully and offer numerous options for my clients. The plumbing side couldn't be better. The employees enjoy what they do, and take pride in helping with any questions "do it yourself" people need to know. They seem to have a good relationship with their local plumbers as well. Over all this shop is great, and I would recommend you stop by if in need of fixtures or plumbing material.
