The most HORRIBLE customer service experience I have ever experienced by the so called "manager"!! This person should NOT BE customer facing!! Do not go to this vision center they do not know how to treat customers!! Don't deserve any business!! This person needs to get fired immediately!!
I’ve been going to this location for over 11 years. Went today and the “optician” was less than helpful or professional. She just put her hand out - as if asking for something… didn’t say a word. Finally after her huffing and puffing, she found my account and told me my “prescription was expired”. I didn’t want a prescription, I wanted new lenses for sunglasses. Will not be returning to this location until they get some competent people. I ended up walking out - they lost a $500 sale today.
The doctor was wonderful. David was horrible. Beyond rude!!!! He should not be in a management position. I have never dealt with someone in management or customer service, so unprofessional and outright rude. I had to ask for a manager repeatedly, and he insisted there was no one else I could talk to. I had to ask repeatedly to talk to the doctor. She finally came out to talk to me, and he insisted on being rude and talking over me while I was talking to the doctor.
