I called ahead and I was invited to come right in. When I arrived I was greeted and then waited for a few minutes until the stylist I had spoken to on the phone started my service. I wish I had remembered to ask her name, because she was very kind and really took her time with my hair. She asked questions to ensure she was cutting and styling to my preferences which I greatly appreciate. It's always a little conspicuous feeling to be the only white person in a space who doesn't speak the language that's being spoken by the majority but I never felt unwelcomed or like I was being talked about. I brought my son this time for his first cut at a salon and my son behaved very well, he didn't move and I let him get the cut. The lady who cut his hair didn't understand what I asked even though I showed her a photo of how I wanted the cut. In the end I also asked for gel and they also charge for that, a simple hairstyle apart from charging for paying by card. The truth is that she was in a bit of a hurry and when her hair became dry and over the days I realized that she did shear it. 100% recommendable girls, Claudia the owner of the salon gave me a spectacular job, I traveled from Los Angeles just to dye my hair and get extensions with her, I was very satisfied, she gave me a keretinia treatment that left my hair very soft after which was completely dead, a very nice and clean room, all the staff incredibly friendly
