It is getting harder and harder to find someone who works with boilers so I was pleased to find Yurli to perform a routine pre-season inspection. Yurli did a cleaning of my boiler that no one has done previously. He cleaned the transfer coils of my Triangle boiler. The amount of "soot" that had accumulated was amazing. I hope/suspect that this cleansing will mean a more efficient /cost saving operation when winter cold sets in.

The AC in our rental unexpectedly stopped working this past week. The apartment is on the top floor and the temps were approaching the 90s. We were extremely concerned about our tenants with the escalated temps and needed a resolution quickly. I called Yuriy with Temperature Select Air. Yuriy came out same day and had the AC working again within the hour. He quickly assessed and then promptly removed and replaced the start components on the condenser unit, double checked the Freon levels and ensured the temperature reading in the apartment had returned to the appropriate cooling range. I have called the company because me heating wasn’t working so well , the guy came in a few hours and fixed the problem, he knows what his talking about , very polite. did a good job! Will definitely recommend him
