I have only good things to say about this animal hospital! We bring both of our animals here-a cat and a dog. Neither of them love the vet's office, but everyone there works to make the animals and their people feel as comfortable as possible. Every person I've dealt with has been helpful and really cares about what they do. We've always seen Dr Hafer and I appreciate her experience, clear explanations, and kindness towards both me and the pets. Tall Grass is conveniently located, always clean, comfortable, and organized, and I've found the pricing to be comparable to other offices. I would recommend them to anyone!
Based on positive reviews on Yelp, I contacted the front desk to ask if I could have my sick cat, Sage seen as soon as possible. Luckily the staff had an opening the same day even though my cat was a new patient. I didn't have to wait long for Dr. Frint to evaluate my cat. I was impressed with the quick service, friendly staff, clean office, and how the vet treated myself and my cat.
I used to love this vet, but fortunately we are now in search of another veterinarian after nearly 7 years. When we first started coming to this vet, the service and attention to detail were impeccable. Dr. Fordham and Dr. Ward showed such care for our dog, and would always follow up post appointment to see how she was doing with an email or a call. It appears that since the practice has expanded, Dr. Fordham/Ward never see our dog, and there is a revolving door of vets. Each time we go, there is always someone new/different.
