Got a great haircut and shampoo from Brenda! However, both of the open signs were not turned on in the front window, and it was dark inside. I almost went somewhere else because the place looked closed. Good thing I walked up to look inside.
Not happy with my hair cut,I went Saturday to get a cut. I paid $41 with tip and as soon as I got home and showered I saw that barely anything was taken off the top (I did ask for that) I went back Monday for a trim and asked for 1cm off the top.. the barber took an inch off and I'm sitting with a hair cut that could have been done with a pair of clippers and I wasn't charged full price luckily. I paid a total of $68.08 for 2 cuts.
Edited my rating because even though I was not 100% happy with the cut,the stylists were super nice and the manager reached out to me to correct this. I do appreciate the effort.
Request JulianGreat customer service, cut my hair very well, and gave me the best hard part I’ve ever gotten. Lined me up and had a happy attitude the whole time. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
