We were happy with the technician and his service when he came to our house to fix our refrigerator. He could complete the task at a very competitive price and was quite knowledgable. We would absolutely utilize him again in the future and would highly suggest him.
When I have an appliance problem, I always contact these folks first. Without having to wait more than a day, they have always found time to accommodate me. They spend the necessary time outlining what must be done. He came out to fix our washer and clear the lint from our LG dryer this time. He was cordial, prompt, and effective. excellent service.
From the initial phone conversation until the time they serviced our dishwasher, we had an amazing experience with this firm. Very polite and even helped us save money by negotiating for labor charges to be covered by the dishwasher maker. Would strongly advise.
