Jackie was the sweetest and most patient employee i’ve encountered! I came in looking for foundation and I didn’t really know where to start, but she was very informative and made sure I was comfortable the whole experience. Even when I wasn’t sure she was more than okay exploring other options and taking her time with me. 10/10!
Saturday, 9/14/24 @ 12:15pm - I was kindly greeted upon entering and found the store clean, orderly, and testers available for most products. I asked for help picking a foundation and skin tint shade from Ilia, and Emily was so kind and patient with me as I tried different options. After debating between two shades of skin tint, she offered to make a couple samples to try at home - thank you! Overall, a very pleasant experience, especially for someone who generally doesn’t feel comfortable in beauty product stores. Thank you for making my day, Emily!
This is one of the best Sephora’s I’ve been to. I went on a busy Saturday and the store was clean, almost all products had a tester out (and the testers weren’t empty or mutilated) and the staff was very friendly and helped me find what I needed.
