“The Vetco in Aurora is compassionate, respectful, caring, knowledgeable & professional. I highly recommend this care center for all of your pet's needs.“
“I contacted Zac to work with our 4 month old micro mini golden doodle. From the minute he walked in the door he started working with her(us) and getting results very quickly. It was amazing observing him working with our Piper.
So much was packed into the session. I’m thankful he sends follow-up notes on what we learned.
Zac responds promptly to any text I have sent. Great communication between Zac and client.
I’m looking forward to putting our new training skills to use.
I highly recommend Zac.“
“We're really happy we went with Dion at Ancillary K9! We loved our adopted really reactive 90lb German Shepherd, but life was getting very difficult because of his behavioral issues. We stopped being able to take him places with us and it was really limiting his (and our) quality of life, and we were always worried about something awful happening. After completing the training with Dion, our dog handles any situation much better, and we're much better equipped to understand his behavior and know what we have to do to help him. Our dog is so much happier as a result, and we're able to take him on adventures that he loves.Dion really cares about you and your dog's success. He had no problem when we needed a few extra classes to complete the training, and encouraged us to reach out even after the course was completed if we had any questions or wanted to attend a refresher course.Parts of the course may be emotionally difficult if you're new to dog training because some aversive methods are part of the course. I used to be opposed to aversive methods too, so if you're on the fence I understand where you're coming from. But ultimately the discomfort from those methods last a brief second in your dog's overall life, and in exchange the boundaries and expectations that were set help him move through life with greater confidence and understanding. He still has all of his adventurous and loving energy, and seems way more relaxed when he's out and about. He probably actually has way more adventurous energy now that he's not tensing up and preparing to lunge whenever he sees a dog, and can focus on enjoying his time with us and new smells and sticks.Dion understood dog behavior and body language better than any trainer we'd ever worked with before, and our relationship with our dog is much deeper than it was before this course.A big thank you to Dion, and if we ever have a friend who is really struggling with a reactive dog, we would definitely recommend Ancillary K9 to them!“
“We can't speak more highly about Dog Ventures and Jay. Jay helped guide and train us to help guide and train our 3 year old stubbornFrench Bulldog, Groot. I have chronic illness that prevented me from walking him because he pulled, was dog aggressive, would not obey simple commands, and hated cars. When we finished I was able to walk him by other dogs, get him into a heel, walk near roads, and all because of Dog Ventures. We also could not take him to restaurants with us because of his dog aggression. But with the proper obedience training and then adding proper e collar training we were so happy to have Groot with us. I was apprehensive about e collars because I'd seen so many misused.Jay taught us that is a tool to be used if simple obedience doesn't work. I equated it to time out for children when they don't listen. You will not be disappointed in investing in Dog Ventures and Jay. We never looked back. Kevin and Darcie“
“I am so happy with my decision to come to Dog House Denver! I have a long haired dog who is pretty anxious when it comes to going to the groomer. Past groomers have caused some pretty bad mats to form under my dogs tail from doing a lazy job, and Michael did an INCREDIBLE job fixing that. This is hands down the best groom my boy has ever had!“
“I brought my blue diamond dove in after another vet failed to properly diagnose him. He was distraught, I was distraught and thought I was going to have to euthanize him.
They were very accommodating with scheduling.
And I felt immediately relieved as the doctor gave him a thorough exam and explanation of her findings. She did a quick gram stain that showed he had a bacterial infection and sent us home with antibiotics. Boom. Problem solved.
Wish I'd come here first! It's a long drive for us from Bounder County, but I won't go anywhere else in the future. This doctor clearly knows what she's doing.
If you have an exotic pet, its so important to take them to someone qualified! And the prices are totally reasonable. I'm feeling so thankful right now for this doctor!“
“Took my 2 small dogs to City Bark for the first time, and was met by a group of very friendly and obvious animal lovers! Not being able to get them groomed for awhile... they were kind of a mess with matting. My girl Crystal took great care of them! They looked and smelled great when i picked them up! Pricing is also very affordable, which is critical to me with TWO dogs to groom! They also offer doggie daycare and boarding, which i havent used, but the facility for that looks clean and the dogs looked happy. I'll definitely be back! Thanks again Crystal!“
“Kenny is the best. We use him for training and boarding. Our dog’s behavior has improved significantly since using Kenny. We will continue working with Kenny and more advance training. Kenny is honest, trustworthy, friendly and polite. He truly is the Dog Whisperer and we recommend him highly.“
“Wonderful boarding facility, the owner treats the pups like family. Kennels are kept clean; dogs have lots of play time and well taken care of! I would highly recommend them!“
