Bruce came in at a competitive price, on time installation, and he was able to stick around all day to ensure things were going smoothly. His crew was very nice as well and even came back same day to fix a small thing we missed in the final walkthrough. Excited to see how the windows hold up and would definitely recommend considering One Window At A Time.

Bruce was a pleasure to work with! We had a specialty window that needed to be replaced and Bruce and his team replaced it quickly and efficiently. He was very detailed in explaining the costs and materials used and also worked within a tight time frame we had! I will be calling One Window At A Time again!

Bruce and his team were in and out pretty quick for a 10 window, 1 sliding door replacement and quoted me at a great price. Install seems to be holding well and the windows look nice. The double-hung design with the ability to pull them out is nice.Unfortunately, I'm getting a lot of road noise. Given I'm close to a main road, this isn't too strange, especially in winter when the trees lose their leaves, but I had hoped the windows would do better than they are. Maybe more of a 4.5 star review or 4.7 star. Not enough to lose a star, since I did buy the lowest type they offered.
