Everything & everyone was just great, so far I'd definitely recommend... (I received a call yesterday, landline, from Oak St. No answer on your end so I called back. It was your phone survey, which was completed with very positive input.)

Every single person I had contact with seemed cheerful and friendly and genuinely interested in me. It sounds silly but it seemed like a well oiled operation with the single goal of taking care of the patient. It was extraordinary.

The staff is friendly. I did not like the fact that one of the employees came from somewhere from the back where the insurance office is located and sat on the front desk . That is very unprofessional. The NP I saw was nice and knowledgeable but I was very uncomfortable with the male transcriber in the room during the visit. The office is beautiful and clean
