The most HORRIBLE customer service experience I have ever experienced by the so called "manager"!! This person should NOT BE customer facing!! Do not go to this vision center they do not know how to treat customers!! Don't deserve any business!! This person needs to get fired immediately!!

Not a place I would go to again or recommend for getting glasses. I paid for a very expensive glasses and got cheapest results; it didn’t last more than 4 months and had scratches all over the lens (I’ve always worn glasses and i know how to take care of them; my previous one lasted me 5 years without a scratch). When I talked to them they didn’t do anything. Never going there again…

Terrible customer service and so unprofessional. I had an appointment and was 5 minutes late. The person who helped me was waiting to get an answer from another person who was on a personal call on her cell. By the time she got off of her phone and provided the answer I was "10" minutes late. My half an hour appointment window was concluded with "you need to reschedule because you're 10 minutes late."
