this is a wonderful company to work with they were on time did a wonderful job with my trees and was very professional letting me know time date price and ect and everything was on schedule i would recommend this company great price
Everything went well with the estimate and scheduling of the tree trimming and removal. Until the day the crew was supposed to show up. Took PTO to let the crew into the back yard and to make sure they had everything to get started. 1049 called Mike to see why nobody has shown up yet. "i'll call crew to see where they are. There was a job between the morning job and our job." He called back and said the crew would be at our place between 1 and 3. Four O'clock rolls around, and good luck trying to get a hold of a live person at this company unless you press 1 and 1 indicating you are a new and not a current customer. ask them where is the crew.... and no calls back. Call Mike and the story is there is a "Dangerous tree that the crew got stuck doing." Guess you dont want my money after wasting 8 hours of my PTO plus the PTO i took to get an estimate. What nobody could have called to tell me nobody was going to show? I could have went to work to salvage some PTO. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
