I like the attitude of the coaches, I have recently moved to this country, English is not my first language and my biggest fear was not understanding how to do the exercises, but they have been patient, and in a friendly way they teach me how to do it . Besides, Fred is always motivating you even if he sees that you can't do one more repetition ?. 10/10
Fred has done a great job cultivating an environment where everyone is very positive and supportive. I started having no CrossFit experience, and over time through support and encouragement from the coaches, I've seen a lot of growth and feel healthier and more fit. Highly recommend if you're looking for a CrossFit gym.
Hands down the best gym in the Denver area! Great coaches, community, gym, location ....If you're looking for an inclusive community, this is it. Fred takes good care of his people and the community reciprocates it as well. It doesn't matter what your skill level is, everyone is welcomed and accepted ☺️ Definitely recommend!
