******* was great! He texted me back promptly and called to follow up for more information about the problems we were having. We ************ unit and live out of state. Our tenant said the oven was having trouble. He coordinated cost details with us and scheduled with our tenant directly. He went out and looked at it and when it needed more than he could offer, he said we did not owe him anything and referred us to an appliance repair company. He is honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend.

Michael did a great job helping me out with getting the house ready for sale. The various items that needed to be addressed were done with care and attention to detail. His desire is to do the job as he would want it done in his home and it shows! He is very professional, personable and prompt with returning calls to set up an appointment. He will be my handyman in the future and I highly recommend him. His service was impeccable.

** Edit **Received a response back from Michael and checked my phone logs. It was my error as I had a digit off on his phone number. Since I can't delete this review I'm changing my rating to positive and will refer back in the future.Left message but never received a call back. Be glad to adjust rating if I ever hear back or use the service. But as of right now they have been unresponsive so noting it for future reference.
