The eye exam experience was pleasant, but my biggest issue was with my new glasses order. I got new frames and lenses, and I paid extra for the blue light filter and anti-reflective coating. However, after I picked up my glasses they felt loose and the lenses were very reflective. I thought the anti-reflective got left off by accident and I went back within 48 hours from pickup to get the fit and reflective lenses fixed.Although they were able to fix the loose fit, they informed me the anti-reflective coating was on there, which is unfortunate as it is very poor quality.(I compared these to my previous glasses with anti-reflective lenses from a different eye store and...read full review

I've been going to Look Optical on Parker Road for 5+ years for my annual eye exam & eyeglasses. Appointments are available at convenient times, and the administrative staff, the doctors and technicians are always thorough and helpful.

Look Optical has been the only place in 20 years to discuss in depth and detail the condition of my eyes like I'm an actual person not someone who wouldnt understand anyway. They have helped me understand what is happening with my eyes and that is huge for me. The lady that did the eye exam was incredibly nice. The gentleman that helped with picking and purchasing my frames was a tremendous character. I would definitely recommend Look Optical to anyone in need.
