Jennefer Moore at Sola Salon Southlands

I scheduled an appointment online 3 week before my event, Jennifer confirmed my appointment, she rescheduled my time from 5:30 to 2:00 then she text me again asking if i can move from 2 to 12:30 I says sure because I already got the day off that day. The day of the appointment to be exact 3 hours before she text me saying my appointment is canceled because she had and event and she is unable to do my hair!!! I asked her when she can do my hair than, she said in 2 weeks! Really???So she had her plans changed but what about me? I also have plans and this was a last minute cancellation which is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!
