I arrived at my second visit 10 minutes early signed in and spoke to the front desk employee jonnathan. He didn't acknowledge me didn't look my way. 5 min later another customer comes in jonnathan speaks and engages this customer and that customer goes back immediately. I'm still sitting there unacknowledged. I then walk out the rudeness is beyond measurable. I was told my insurance didn't cover my treatment and come to find out they indeed billed my insurance and charged me the cash price. Extremely poor service
Thanks to Colorado Injury Treatment Center for the help towards my recovery from my auto-accident where I was rear-ended. Starting from the front with Flor and Yazmin and working with my two favorite ladies Leslie and Jamie! They are very efficient at what we work on and get right to the point of what we need to do, there's no time wasted. I am about to graduate from my PT sessions, but would recommend this place for anyone with injuries and pain. In addition to that, they have two pretty awesome massage therapists, I'll have to try them out. Overall, they may kick your butts, but one can see the improvement with recovery!
I highly recommend Dr. Swanson for any of your PT needs and always refer my friends to come here. I have been coming here since my XTERRA racing days. Every time something is bothering me, I skip my regular Dr and come to see Dr. Swanson. She always successfully pinpoints what the cause of the issue is within a few minutes and then works with me to fix it. At one point I had a hamstring issue that had been plaguing my running for a few years. I finally went to Dr Swanson to see if she could fix it. It took a few months of work but I can now run without any pain or tightness and recently completed a 13 mile trail race and felt great!
