One medical prescribed portable Oxygen for my wife the first week of July. Today is August 13th and still no Oxygen. 1st they sent the Rx to vendor who doesn't operate in Colorado. 2nd they sent Rx to a vendor who doesn't take our insurance. 3rd they identified Apria as a vendor who takes our insurance. A week later Apria claims the Rx they got did not specify a number of liters so they wont fill the Rx. Today One medical swears they included the liter amount in the Rx. You would think if one medical prescribed an important Rx they would care enough to be sure they patient could actually receive it. My wife has spent multiple hours on the phone trying to get this straightened out over a months time during her work hours.
The preliminary tour promises an in depth look at my 30 year unsolvable medical problem. I have high hopes after visiting this most professional and hospitable Iora One Medical Center!!
I have been seeing Michelle G. her assistant Sam and I am truly blessed to have found this amazing pair of providers. They are caring, intellegent, and very knoledgable. Michelle has made a huge difference in my life. If you aresearching for a new providet I highly recommend Iora.
