Hartzell is AMAZING!! Teresa is awesome! She quoted us a fair price, very professional and even checked in with me the next day to be sure the AC unit was running good. Guy, the installer, was on time, quick and polite. They did great work, at a good price and even gave us financing options with a no interest or low interest. We shopped 3 other people before they came out! Highly recommend Hartzell!!!
Finally someone you can trust in the heating/AC world. Terry showed up early, trouble shot the system, and fixed it. He didn't try to upsell me, didnt want to just keep replacing things that "might? be the issue and addressed the problem. He made the comment :this should fix the problem, if not give me a call and I will get back out here to get you taken care of. Certainly not a fire and forget kind of company. You can trust Hartzell to fix your problem without just throwing parts at your system. Can't recommend strongly enough. Awesome company!
Joey, from Hartzell HVAC, just left my home. My AC wasn’t working and as it turned out, my thermostat wiring just needed an adjustment. He was on time and let me know when he was en route. Extremely personable and professional. I signed up for their service plan, which is only $250 a year. It includes furnace and AC check each season and free diagnostic service calls. I’m excited to have the service plan in place. I highly recommend Hartzell!
