I’ve been going to Great Clips in the Southlands mall for quite some time and I’m very happy with the consistent quality haircut I get each and every time. Yvette has been cutting my hair and does an excellent job. She takes her time, listens to what I want and gives me the results I’m looking for. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Some Good some very bad. Depends on the ones that listen and translate the communication into a nice haircut. Their stylist need more training on using a razor for cuts. Also they need people to work in the front so stylist can do their job, so they have time to do a good job. Some go to fast and chop instead of taking care of the clients' true needs or desire. Welcome to overpopulation and high demand.. they try.Here are pictures where they took out half my bangs. I recently moved to the Aurora area and visited the Southlands Great Clips. I am a longtime customer of Great Clips. The name of the Stylist that cut my hair was Rena. She did an excellant job and she treated me in a very friendly and professional manner. I plan to return to this store in the future.Service: Haircut
